-Hard to get housing items must be supplied by the house owner (ex. Bicolor gems, expensive mats, raid housing items).

-Provide at least 50% of the initial price up-front. (This is to guarantee we will be working together, and will assist me for any materials I may need to purchase).
-(Will take a small portion of initial price if you decide to limit how many floors you want. Usually by 10-15%)

Below is TOS as well as things I need to know when you’re interested in commissioning me!>> House decorating takes time! I work full-time, stream part-time, and raid part-time. So it may take up to 3-4 weeks to finish a housing commission depending on the size.>> I prefer to be contacted via discord or twitter DMs. When inquiring, I ask that you can give me a clear description of what you’re looking for! This can be anything from a theme, inspiration photos, or mood boards.>> Please note that after the housing commission is done and I have been paid, I am not obligated for any new redesigns afterwards. I am more than willing to fix any issues that may occur after!>> I ask that you do not change or disrupt my process while I’m working on your commission. I am happy to make any adjustments you see fit, but if you’re trusting me enough to do your build, please don’t making a million requests or change things while I’m offline :’) Like pls let me do my job.>> Agree to allow me to take screenshots of your house for my portfolio
